Phoenix Propane

Review: My husband and I moved into our apartment in October 2014 from Florida. We tried to set up gas services with Phoenix Propane, for our heat and cooking. After filling out paperwork they refused to start up service because the previous tenant had a balance of around $400. After going back and forth with there company my husband called the State and filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office. Now two months later Phoenix Propane set us a bill for $313.81 for the month of 09/30/14 to 10/01/14, which makes no sense since we never started service with there company and we didn't even move into the apartment untill October. After calling there office several times with no answer, my husband called and finally got someone on the phone who said she couldn't find an account and that we should call back on Monday. My husband passed me the phone and I tried to explain to her that we do not have an account with her company because they refused to start service. She proceeded to tell me to call back on Monday so she can find my account. This entire situation has been so incredibly stressful, we have a two month old and still no services hooked up. My husband has been filling up a 28gallon tank at the gas station.Desired Settlement: We would just like for them to close out this bill from September to October since we were not even living in the apartment and we never started service with them.
