Phoenix Pool Installation

Phoenix installed my pool in 2012. By the end of the summer of 2012 I found that there were several indentations in the liner at the bottom of the pool. When I opened the pool in 2013 I found that the liner at the bottom of the pool now had indentations all over the place and several very large ones. It appears that that the sand was not properly packed and is slowly eroding away. I contacted Phoenix pools and was told that the installation was only warrantied for the first season. They did tell me however that they would come at the end of the summer and fix it at no cost to me other then the water. I called and left messages several times at the end of the summer however no one called me back or showed up to fix my poorly installed pool. Because of the indentations in the liner it is very difficult to vacuum without actually getting into the pool because the dirt tends to settle in the indentations and the vacuum's suction cannot always get it out on its own. The owners of Phoenix are very nice and say all of the right things but don't be fooled, they do not stand behind their work.
