[redacted] rented a historic one bedroom that leases for $on a three month lease 8/1/16-10/31/ She chose to move out early on 8/1/ Ms [redacted] is responsible for the rent through the end of the lease, 10/31/ We are in the processing of trying to re-rent the apartmentThe rent will stop if the apartment is rented before 10/31/We are applying the $security deposit toward rent owed even though she did not fulfill her lease Respectfully, [redacted] Brown Capital, LLLP

*** *** I spoke with *** *** on 7/28/and she said that *** Apartment Place can not move me into a one bedroom apartmentI applied for a one bedroom and was shown models of one bedroom apartment and I paid for a one bedroom apartment I was made to sign the contract before I saw the apartment that was given to me on the 7/16/I immediately protested when I was shown the Studio that was given to me as a one bedroom apartmentGiving the nature of my job, I do not have any room for emotional distractions of this natureI need to have a place I can call a home where I can fully restThis has been going on for over three weeks and I feel that *** Place Apartment managed by Brown Capital, LLLP is doing bad business , and being unprofessionalBrown Capital LLLP have been unable to honor the contract they signed with meThey gave me a Studio instead of a one bed room apartment which I paid forI am paying $every month for the one bedroom apartmentI moved out of the apartment on the 7/29/ and I am asking for a refund of money paid to *** Place Apartment

[redacted] rented a historic one bedroom that leases for $835.00 on a three month lease 8/1/16-10/31/16.  She chose to move out early on 8/1/16.  Ms. [redacted] is responsible for the rent through the end of the lease, 10/31/16.  We are in the processing of trying to re-rent the apartment. The rent will stop if the apartment is rented before 10/31/16.
