Residents sitting in wheelchairs for hours on end, urine dripping from bottom of one residents chair, nursing assistants assisting feeders were very sloppy, residents would have food all over face worse than feeding a baby, the dignity of these residents is long gone, residents being left in bed all day long. the smell of urine and feces down certain halls was unbelievable
