Review: I emailed this company weeks ago about order # [redacted]. I had been calling the 800 # up until a few weeks ago but now it doesn't work and is no longer posted on the web site. I placed an order in jan. for $186. I admit I checked a checkbox about terms without reading it. after a period of time I wondered where my order was and under shipping and returns found out that there had to be a minimum order of $5000 before it would be shipped. the person I use to talk to said someone would get back to me that I wasn't the first one to do this and it would be worked out probably by giving you my bank account info and the money would be transferred back into my account. all I asked for was the coins I ordered with maybe a shipping charge added. anyway no one got back to me. i'm 60 and will never be able to purchase $5000 worth of gold or silver. thanks[redacted]Desired Settlement: will take a refund or fulfill the order with possible a few dollars shipping

Review: I purchased silver coins from a webiste, www.phoenixgoldllc.com, in the amount of $1,340.00 on 4/5/2013. I mailed payment via USPS Money Orders to Phoenix Gold LLC. [redacted]. The UPSP confirms the money oredres were cashed by Phoenix gold LLC but the never shipped the product. Multiple calls and emails to the company have gone unreturned. No longer accepting calls. I have since learned that many other people have been scammed by this bogus company.

Review: Ordered 1oz of 2013 Canadian Wildlife Series Antelope (10 of them) 9999 silver. So 10oz of 9999 silver ordered on Phoenix Gold, LLC. Many follow up emails and phone calls. But only procrastination was the result. Since last week no responses at for the emailsDesired Settlement: If I get my cash back that I paid using Money Order of $322.50 I will be good to go.
