In October 2016, we hired PHX Construction for work in our backyard. Its now August 2017 and they still haven't completed the contract.
In October 2016, we hired Phoenix Construction to put in a new backyard for our home in El Paso. The contract included a working sprinkler system. They never completed the installation of the sprinkler system. After receiving the final payment, they told me they would come back to finish installing the system but they never came back. I have called and texted ***, the owner, dozens of times. He always tells me that they will come "next week" and every week no one shows. He finally did come to the house on August 12, 2016. They looked at the system, did nothing to complete its installation, and then told me they would be back "next week". He has stopped responding to any of my calls or messages.
