Phoenix Flood

No one ever wants to find a flood in their kitchen in the middle of the night. I called them for an estimate of damages and they were at my door within the hour. They were AMAZING! They were very professional and checked everything thoroughly and explained everything in dwtail. They answered all of my questions as stressed out first time homeowner calmly and with ease. They are very honest and I will recommend them to everyone who has a problem. You want to be able to trust someone coming in to your home when you are desperate and vulnerable. These men are the most trustworthy guys I have worked with and will call them immediately if I ever have a suprise problem again.

If we ever have flooding again (which we hope NEVER happens!) there is no one else we would call! [redacted] arrived quickly and spent his time making sure our home was safe and talking us through any damage and our options for repairing it and preventing any problems down the road. He was thorough and knowledgeable and passed on that knowledge to us. He also didn't push for us to do any work (although he could have because we were completely clueless and it would have helped his own business) or file a claim with insurance when it wasn't necessary. He saved us money and gave us peace of mind! Honest, timely, professional, knowledgeable. We would recommend Phoenix Flood to anyone unfortunate enough to need their services!
