Thank you for your comments and the four star review, we really appreciate it! I do want to address your concerns however, so please see below.
Your comment about payment processes changing six times is confusing to me as the payment schedule itself is established by the contract for your vehicle loan, I'm not sure what you are referring to, but please email me more details at ***.biz if you don't mind. A check of your account both in our system and after consulting a customer service supervisor, does not reflect any notable interaction with you in terms of you asking questions about our payment processes.
Regarding the payment you made to a different company, the other business you are referring to came into existence after ours and to the best of our knowledge, engages solely in debt collection, not loan servicing. Although there is bird imagery in both logos ours is in fact quite different and as you pointed out our names are similar, but not identical. I'm sure you can agree that we have no control over how another company markets themselves, creates their logo, establishes their color scheme or makes attempts to differentiate themselves from companies with similar names. Although we can understand how confusion could occur, we do make extraordinary efforts to set ourselves apart from that company in particular as well as others that have similar names. We have no affiliation with that company and never have. Our website is listed on Welcome kit materials provided to all customers by the dealerships we work with, as well as additional materials provided with payment books which we mail out. Our company website also is designed to reflect that we process car loans which is evident on the home page and a link is provided on that page to our payment portal.
In regards to automatic payments, we do in fact have, and have always had, an automatic payment option. Recurring payments can be established by our customers through our online payment portal after they register their account or by contacting one of our customer service reps during our office hours, weekdays 8am to 6pm. We also address this issue in our FAQ section on our website and have at least twice in the past two years sent out a postcard to all of our customers reminding them that they can sign up for recurring payments through online registration of their account. Recurring payments are a great convenience for many of our customers so we certainly understand your desire to use them.
I hope this response provides some answers for you and we sincerely hope to have you as a customer again in the future. We now work with many dealerships across the state of Ohio but of course encourage you to visit the same dealership again when considering purchasing an a different vehicle. If you do so, feel free to call in at any time during our office hours to review your account or ask questions and I highly encourage you to register your account online to take advantage of the enhanced self-service account options.
