The electrician who came by on the original visit diagnosed a wiring issue and did work including drilling into my drywall. It worked for a short period of time, then stopped working frequently, eventually started burning bulbs and now the wiring makes buzzing sounds and I'm worried about a fire hazard. I have  repeatedly requested they tell me how to diagnose if it is under warranty or not but they have not replied. I have copies of all communication with them that I can provide.
