Review: Phoenix Communications VA photographed my daughter's soccer team at the beginning of October. To date, we have yet to receive the pictures that we ordered. The entire team has been unable to get their pictures. The coach has made numerous efforts to contact the company and has not received a response. I called the company a couple weeks ago and he said that he had a water leak in his house and the pictures were damaged but that they would be in at the first of last week (December 2nd) at the latest. We still have not received the pictures and he still has not contacted the coach. I paid the company $22.00 in October when the pictures were taken. My check was cashed the same month.Desired Settlement: I would like the pictures of my daughter that he took, as well as my money back on my order. I would like the team to receive all pictures that were ordered and all monies refunded.

The complainants email is mostly correct. There have been issues with the photos (ruined by a water leak in my basement office) and they have been reordered. But, I have talked with the coach through text on Saturday 12/7/13 and discussed meeting him later this week to deliver the photos. I have documentation showing that the order for the team's photos has been placed with the photo lab I use as well as the texts that were exchanged between the coach of the team and myself. While the circumstances involving the lateness of the photos were out of my control, I take full responsibility and will deliver the team's photos in full to the coach as we had discussed.
