Phoenix Cleaning & Restoration LLC

We had water in our basement and we had Phoenix come to suck it up. They did a fine job and it took the two guys to handle, left fans which they picked up the following week and helped my wife move some items out of the area that had the water issue. They were there for about 45 minutes to an hour and we received a bill a couple of weeks later for about 1500 dollars.
My issue is with their business practice. We received a bill which I reviewed with a friend in the business and he said this was excessive and ambiguous. When I asked to speak about the bill I was told by Gina, Phoenix's office manager I suspect, she stated that I would need to speak to the supervisor and to hold. Gina, got back on the phone and said the owner of the company said I must pay the bill in full that day or they would put a lien on my house and then hung up the phone. She followed our call by calling and threatening my wife as well at our home about the lien and need for payment that day or else.
I would have happily paid the bill if I was able to get an adequate explanation of what we paid for but the response I received was like nothing I have ever dealt with on a lack of professionalism and decency in my lifetime.
I would never recommend working with a company that treats customers the way Phoenix treated me.
