Phoenix Children's  Academy welcomes the feedback from this claimant.The claimant states she was not contacted when her daughter bumped her mouth outside while playing on the playground.  However, the claimant was contacted by the School Director and informed about the incident as soon as the Director was made aware of the incident.  It was recommended that her daughter seek medical attention.  In addition, the School Director and the teacher tried to contact the claimant the day after the incident to check on the status of her daughter.Phoenix Children's Academy would also like to address the claimants concerns regarding the amount of food being served to the students.  As a state licensed school, the school follows a menu that adheres to all state guidelines and regulations including health and nutrition. (state licensing regulations table 5.1 pg.38 under meal patterns for enrolled children).  This menu is distributed to our families on a monthly basis.I hope this will help answer the claimant's  concerns.  Let me know if l can be of further help.
