below, which is an illustrated parts breakdown of the rear axle, and will help you understand my explanation. [redacted] Figure 15 is the Caliper, Figure 12 is the Axle Seal. It is now visually confirmed we would have to remove the axle to access the seal. A brake job simply can in no way cause an axle seal to leak, it is impossible. We are a brand new small business with two extremely experienced and honest mechanics. We have a lot of pride in ourselves and we have NEVER had an issue with our integrity or customer service, our [redacted] page rating is 5 stars across the board. In fact, if there is an instance where we perform maintenance on a vehicle and another part fails, we will gladly fix it for free of charge to the customer. I would like to note that this customer has been extremely rude, unprofessional, and harassing on more than one occasion (numerous calls, texts, and showing up after hours on our property where ‘No Trespassing’ signs are posted) due to the fact we will no longer accept him as a customer.
