I am rejecting this response because: Bruno is actually lying, I have documentation that I first contacted him with a problem with aggression. I contacted him 4 other times regarding severe aggression. Bruno was well aware I was returning [redacted] due to 14 punctures on my person, he was not there when I returned [redacted] and the young lady who took him told me to contact Bruno about any refund.  I raised shepherd's for 20 years but this poor guy had issues that should've been made known to adopter. I had over 30 bites, 14 punctures and had to get medical attention. I am appalled that a rescue manager would lie like this. Thanks for your time. [redacted]

[redacted] the 2 year old German Shepherd was picked up from our rescue on 10/26/17. Any information about him was relayed to the client. We felt her past experience with the breed that she would be able to handle a young dog. Roughly on 11/16/17, client called to state she was having issues with the...

dog and called in a trainer. Next day client just showed up to drop off the dog with out consulting us and demanding a refund. We've attached a copy of the contract signed and our refund policy is very clear.
