A Dodge came into our facility with an engine knock as the customers complaint. We verified this and also checked oil pressure ( it had none ). We were asked if we could take a sample of oil from filter to verify if there was any " huge chunks of metal " that were visible. Oil level was full and there were no leaks on the motor, oil filter had some metal shavings in it, we were then asked to pull the oil pan, pulled oil pan and there was metal in sump screen and in bottom of pan, they sent an inspector out to verify. The following day they reached out to us ( and whoever this person was had a huge attitude problem ) and asked if we could put it back together and call them so they can send an inspector out to verify knocking noise. This whole process was as backwards and each adjuster had questionable knowledge about vehicles. I have dealt with warranty company's for years but this is without a doubt the worst one ever, I actually took time out of my free time to find a place where I could write a review. 0/5
