installed using a wiring harness. The aftermarket mirror should have a wiring harness that unplugs from the back of the mirror. Who ever did the install had just taken loose wires and plugged them into the back of the mirror. Once we removed the mirror all the wires came out. The mirror was installed improperly, but we should have caught that before starting work. We did not catch the problem until it was to late, we will therefore happily pay the invoice.
