To whom it may concern:   We received a complaint regarding the billing situation from [redacted] for date of service Aug 2015. We regret that the patient has filed a complaint and was unhappy with the visit and has billing issues. She also complained regarding HIPPA but that area has been...

changed and now it is in all HIPPAA compliant. Even earlier it was but we are sorry she felt that way. Regarding the billing issue initially the clain was rejected and the plan asked for us to refile the claim. After this again the claim was rejected but there was a delay regarding the same and when it was finalized that the provider was out of network, we did go ahead and write off the visit and never billed the patient. She recieved the bill after the first time the insurance rejected. we later never billed the patient in order not to inconvenience them. We also never sent the account to any collections so the question of effecting the credit score does not arise.
