Here's the situation.  We get 150-200 [redacted] receipts everyday and always need to input the tip portion in the credit card machine at the end of the day.  This is the first time that over 7 years that a customers have brought to our attention an error in inputting the tip amount.  I've...

review the [redacted] receipt on that day and verified that an error was made and issue a $2 refund to the customer.  This could have been a much easier situation if the customer would just call us and credit back the $2 within 5 minutes.  I'm sorry that this was a waste of time that the customer chose this route to resolve her $2 dispute when all she had to do was call us.Please see attached files for the receipts.Thanks,[redacted]
