Pho Bac Noodle Palace

Review: Went to Noodle Palace on 9/24/15 and purchased meal number 56 and was charged posted price of 7.25. I went the following day and purchased the same food item number 56 and was charged 7.75. I pointed out that I was charged more. I was told the price went up. In one day? I asked. They repeated that the price went up and that they charged the wrong price the day before. I pointed out that the menu says 7.25. The woman raised her voice and asked me if I wanted the food or not. I tried inquiring to posted price of the food but she kept repeating "Do you want the food or not?" My son was upset so I payed their higher price. Upon leaving I inquired to a different employee regarding the price. He agreed the prices recently changed. He told me the to go menus were updated in pricing, however it still showed the lesser price. Then he showed me a different menu which also showed the lesser price. They were unable to show me any menu with the "new" price. They never adjusted my price to their advertised pricing.Desired Settlement: I would like a letter of apology because the manner in which the woman who rang me up was very rude. I've never been treated so poorly by a business. And ALL menus need to be adjusted to reflect the current pricing if they refuse to charge as advertised.
