Complaint Statement of Facts

1. Me my wife and my 2 kids Ages 8 and 9 arrived at this Restaurant around 3:15 -3:30 Pm FEB 10,2020

2. The waiter assist us to be seated .A few minutes later he ask me for my order , I told HIM 2 LARGE PHO SOUP and extra Bowl for my 2 kids .

3. All of a sudden he said NO , I have to order 3 He keep insisting like 3 times, I SAID why I can’t order two Large soup bowl . Can you tell me?

4., Now I ask him if it’s a CALIFORNIA LAW I ask him twice is It a California LAW? He told me it’s their rule .. , when I told him again is it a California law ? For the third time , all of a sudden he ask the lady from the counter not sure what they are talking about ..Then he took our order
