Review: On Feb 10, 2013 my husband and I hired [redacted] of PhilTography Studios to be our wedding photographer for our wedding date April 20, 2013. Our package included the following: Engagement session (TBD) Wedding Day PhilTographer for 6.5 hours (3:30pm to 10pm) Signature Portrait Photo (from engagement session for guests to sign on wedding day) DVD of Edited Proof images Online proof accessPer our contract, proofs were to be delivered to us within 10 weeks of wedding. We have only seen a handful of proofs via the website and have not received our DVD of edited proof images. In addition, any and all attempts to contact the photographer regarding the above have gone unanswered.We extremely disappointed in his lack of professionalism as well as being heartbroken that we have no professional pictures to remember the most important day in our lives.Desired Settlement: My husband and I would like our money back since we paid for a service that was not provided.
