Review: I stopped by to look at a car they had for sale that was impounded. I brought a mechanic with me to check out the car to make sure there was no engine problems, he hooked up a scan tool to check the engine the brother [redacted] went and told his brother [redacted] that we were doing that and [redacted] came out screaming and yelling at us saying "you could have uploaded a virus with ur scan tool you didn't ask permission to do that" even thought I told him I was bringing a mechanic to check out the car in which he said ok to. He then proceeded to kick me out of the business property and told me he will sell to someone else all because of the scan tool. I went back around to the front to try and speak with the owner/ mom when he rushed back up to the front and told me no and so did the mother then rudly followed me out stating very rude and vulgar statements about my life as well as using a ton of profanity in the whole process. I have never before been treated like that by a business especially since I was doing nothing wrong. I am completely disgusted by their actions and behavior and will hopefully never have to have a car towed as they are the only local tow truck service in town.Desired Settlement: I belive I am entitled to a verbal apology by not only [redacted] but [redacted] and the mother as well, and want this matter to not become city wide gossip as we live in a small place and people talk. If this happens I will not speak badly about their business and they not speak badly about me!!!

People just can't come in secure area without an employee or someone authorization into our yard. Signage posted on gate.

This person and male subject was trespassing. Came on our property and plug in scanner into one of our vehicles for sale without permission. One of our employee told them to get the hell out. Sing posted on gate said go to office and also big STOP sign beside that .

p.s. this vehicle was already sold to local person.

I am rejecting this response because: It is not at all true mark escorted me onto the property and to the vehical which he had running at the time [redacted] also was present when this occurred. How was I trespassing when I was brought back to the vehical by an employee/ owner's son?? He also knew I was bringing with me a mechanic and my father which I made clear as he took me to just outside the shop to the running vehical. This is bad business if they are a type of facility that lies about what actually happened!! The response given was by the father/owner who was not present at the time this all occurred.
