Phil's Pizza Palace Inc

Even though Revdex.com says that this business is not open anymore it is.... Only problem is that their service has gone down hill. I have been ordering from them for the last 15 years and the one delivery driver that is older is the nicest person! Today when I called and placed my order they called me back to tell me that I am outside the city limits even though they have been delivering to me for the last 9 months to my new address. When I told the poor employee this she told [redacted] exactly what I said. She once again said no she didn't care that they were busy and that I was outside the city limits. I then asked to talk to her and she says I TOLD HER NO! However she did end up getting on the phone to only tell me that it didn't matter how much of a dedicated customer I have been and no matter how much they have been delivering to me in the past that she won't deliver to me anymore. She said that it was busy tonight and that is why they are no longer going to deliver to me. I then told her that I have waited over an hour for my food from them before and that it never bothered me and I never complained. And also I am literally less than a 1/4 of a mile from the so called limit they have set. If this was their policy from the get go they never should have "bent" the rule in the first place and now they have lost a long time customer because of the way [redacted] treated me and belittled me over the phone all because they were busy.
