Review: My vehicle went into this shop on April 8th 20104 to be checked for problems with my air compressor. Phil(proprietor) of the shop stated that I needed a new compressor. I contacted my insurance company as this was under warranty and they issued approval for the compressor to be replaced. When I picked the van up I was informed that a new compressor was put on and given a receipt that stated a "new" air compressor was installed. On May 24th I was checking a water leak in my car and observed that my compressor was never changed it was still the original one. I went down to ask why the compressor wasn't changed and was told don't worry it was a new one on there and it was taken care of. I know this isn't a new compressor as it's dirty and you can visually tell it's not new. I'd like to be reimbursed for work that wasn't correctly done. And for this shop to be listed as a non trustworthy place to have work done on any vehicle. I'd also like to be reimbursed for the 100.00 deductible that I'm out of now.Desired Settlement: I'd like my $100.00 deductible returned along with the $711.40 returned to my insurance company for work that wasn't done. I'd also like to have this place put on record that they are not reputable to work on any car without research being done on the type of business he operates.
