I am rejecting this response because:  Regardless of the receipt of the license plates and the future receipt of the title, the fact remains that the dealership violated its own policy (as admitted to by the general manager) and state law (as indicated by a representative of the Texas Motor Vehicle Division).  These acts were not an oversight but were deliberate and intentional.  The Revdex.com should hold the company accountable.  Please keep me advised of your final disposition.  Thank you for your assistance.
