Review: I did have knee problems, which have been resolved with physical therapy and pain medication. Not too long ago, I received a phone call from a company, telling me that my doctor had prescribed a knee brace for me and that it would be sent to me. My doctor said that she had not prescribed such a thing, and to send it back. It was sent by US Postal Service, so I returned it. This time, it was delivered to me by FedEx, with the return address of Philosys Inc., [redacted]. It also had a phone number of[redacted]. I called the phone number, and it rang repeatedly with no answer. I called Medicare to see if they had received a claim for it. They had not as of yet. They told me to wait to see if the company would bill me, then contact Medicare again to file a fraudelent claim. Since my doctor had not prescribed this for me, and it is too expensive for me to pay return shipping costs, since I am on Medicare/Medicaid, and live in an assisted living facility, I believe I should not be billed for it or have to pay for its return.Desired Settlement: I would like for the company to pay for the return of the item, since it is quite cumbersome, and would be too much for me to pay, since I don't believe that I should have to do so.
