I am not at all surprised to hear that Philosophy is not a Revdex.com accredited company. My experience as a direct consumer through their ecommerce site has been beyond poor. I shop for beauty products for myself, my daughter in college and my mother who is on a limited income. I also shop sales throughout the year for birthday, Christmas and other gifts. Through their company-owned ecommerce site, specials are frequently offered such as discounts on total order or free products with a purchase. Because my entire family uses Philosophy products, I love to shop sales. I started shopping directly on the Philosophy.com site November 2015. I ordered several orders....maybe once a week or so depending on the special offers. Then in February, I placed two orders one week apart and realized in early March that I'd never received them. I called and the CS rep said they had been cancelled due to fradulent activity. What fraudulent activity I don't know. My credit card is fine. I use the same credit card and information on every other ecommerce site just fine. My daughter then created an account under her name and placed two orders, one on 3/18/16 and one on 3/24/16. Again, they never arrived. I called and got the same "fraudulent" story. For the last 5-6 years I have done 99% of my shopping online because I work 60-80 hours a week. Never, ever, has a company labeled my shopping once a week on their site as "fraudulent"! Isn't the purpose of an ecommerce site to make sales???? I'm done with Philosophy. They have great products, but labeling me as being "fraudulent" is extremely offensive. Unfortunately, my experience on their ecommerce site has led me to not even purchase their products from resellers. Wake up Philosophy, there are thousands of players in the beauty industry. Treat your customers badly and they will move on like I am.
