On 9/12/I had Nancy run my insurance to see what my out of pocket would be for an appointment since I was interested in going She did and told me my payment would be $because I had met my deductible I told her that I hadn't and she said I had met enough of my deductible to cover acupuncture I made and appointment for 9:on 9/13/ After my appointment I made another appointment for 9/21/ That morning my husband called that he found out he was losing his job of years I missed my appointment and didn't realize until Nancy called a couple hours later I explained what was going on and apologized and rescheduled my appointment for 9/28/ Two days later I received an email stating that she was incorrect about my insurance and that I owed her in full for the first appointment She also stated in the email she wasn't charging me the $missed appointment fee I emailed her back stating that I was disappointed and unsure how she was incorrect about cover
