Dear [redacted] Thank you for contacting us about the subjectThis customer did not come to the store as stated but rather called to place the orderShe wanted to order/purchase full size pretzels and I explained that we had just run out of that itemWe make all of our pretzels fresh each morning and although we had made extra that day, we were overwhelmed by the demand associated with the Steeler playoff gameThe customer insisted that I had to sell her pretzels because it is an item on our menuI explained again that we did not have any more full size pretzel to sell that dayShe then became irate and stated that she would be posting negative comments on social media and also contacting the Revdex.comIf you have any further concerns, please advise.Regards,Gerry S***, owner
I stopped at the location on Ridge Avenue near Plymouth Meeting today. For the second time, the mini pretzels I got were burnt and we did not enjoy them. They have to impove their quality control. r S Mayer

Review: I went in to this location 01/17/2016 at around 3:30 pm to place an order from the menu that is displayed in the store and also online, I was told by the employee that I can not get what I requested, because they did not feel like making what I wanted. This is not the first issue I have had at this location, These employees and owner are very rude, they do not do anything to help customers. I do not see how you can refuse to make an item a paying customer is requesting. They stated they had a certain item which costs more and that is the only thing they would make. I was told they are not making the item I wanted, I think this compliant needs to be filed, I understand it is privately owned by a certain person, but they are carrying another company name and putting a bad name to The company The Philly Pretzel Company. I think the owner as a business owner should not make certain rules, if you have a product advertised and you do not have any sign stating you are out of something or that certain product you should fulfill the customers request. I dont think its right to try and get the customer to pay more for something they do not want.Desired Settlement: This issue needs to be address to this business owner and the company.
