I am rejecting this response because: All of the "terms" were not added to the website until AFTER I filled my complaint with the Revdex.com. The employees lied about the damage and the minute they thought they had "won" they became verbally abusive and started harassing me over the phone. The same person who referred to me as a "broke b[redacted]" on the phone after calling me 5 times from a block number, is more than likely the same employee who lied about the "damaged" product. The company called me over 20 times yesterday wit
