I ordered pieces of bent metal and very promptly received pieces of bent metal I couldn't get these particular bits from big stores like Home Depot or even Amazon So I'm a happy customer I review the reliability of online businesses as part of my job, and it is depressing how many shady outfits there are But this site passed my checks, so I risked an order I'm glad I did This appears to be a quality business I hope this review drives at least one more customer their way

I live in the downtown area this was my first time at a Philly Connection restaurantI asked the employee behind the counter about the sub, she stated that they taste great and recommended that I get a 7inch instead of the 5inchI spent $that evening, I purchased the 7inch mushroom Philly cheesesteak with fries and a drink,kid meal and BBQ boneless chickenMy Philly cheesesteak sub appeared tasty but it lacked flavor, I took only two bites and have pictures to prove itThe curly fries was freshly fried and tasted great, the sweet tea was too sweetI asked the manager during that evening shift for a refund for the sub that I was not satisfied with, she refused to give me a refundShe offered to make another sandwich, I declined because I did not trust them to make me another sub, especially after witnessing the other staff member in the background mumbling and smacking her teeth when I complained about my foodI literally waited 10-15min for my refund and she refused to
