Yes. I received ur letter about an hour ago. I still have no resolution. PNC Bank will not pay me my $20. It was their machine. They r passing the buck, 20 bucks, off onto my bank. It was PNC! I am not happy about this at all! I am on a fixed income. Never trust PNC Bank, again!!
