In the end, the building advertises FAST OIL CHANGE. I waited 2 hours to be yelled at by the employee only for the guy to adamantly charge full price for services NOT EVEN DONE. I wanted a discount due to the 2 hour wait for a FAST OIL CHANGE (should take 20-30 minutes), he said take the car and go, yelling at me and defending the wait time by others waiting longer for the same issue. The employee pulled the car out of the bay and issued it to me with having done NOTHING to the car. He was going to charge for services he didnt even do yet. And yelled at me for confronting him. After a 2 hour wait. On a SUNDAY. After multiple requests by me to ask how long it would take - with shady, sketchy answers. Experience was a NIGHTMARE.Desired Settlement: Not only do I feel entitled for a complimentary OIL change. But I feel a WRITTEN/EMAILED apology is in order acknowledging their practices and for the situation as a whole. I have a witness that was there the entire time with me that can vouch for ALL of this.

AND, this ultimately made me LATE to my dinner arrangements that evening even after multiple times informing the employee I have to go.
