To whom it may concern: I have attached the letter from your office regarding the above referenced complaintThe complainant is correct, in that we have requested to change the lease ending date from September 30, 2018, to July 31, 2018, as the original ending date in September was done in error However, we are fully aware that the complainant does not have to change the dateWe simply asked that she do this, if it was not an issue or problem for herShe has not given us an answer, so in the meantime, we did email her and send her a copy of the lease with the requested changeShe is under no obligation to make this change, as the contract is binding on all partiesWithout her approval, and ours, no change to the lease can be madeAll she needed to do was respond to our request and let us know that she did not want to accommodate the change in dateWe will honor the original lease dates, and termsThank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI did try to contact Online Real Estate through my realtor and had to leave a voice mail messageI sent a text messageI also called the business line and asked to speak with the person who sent me the email containing the altered contractI was told by the receptionist that the person was not in.

However, we are fully aware that the complainant does not have to change the date. We simply asked that she do this, if it was not an issue or problem for her. She has not given us an answer, so in the meantime, we did email her and send her a copy of the lease with the requested change. She is under no obligation to make this change, as the contract is binding on all parties. Without her approval, and ours, no change to the lease can be made. All she needed to do was respond to our request and let us know that she did not want to accommodate the change in date. We will honor the original lease dates, and terms. Thank you.
