The entire company has this policy of no timed delivery [redacted] .She was not allow to pick a time at the time of delivery on line because it is not allow.The customer should have gotten the name of the employee that told her that,however she was not able to telll me that when I asked her so I rest my case
The customer order on line for her order the online ordering does not allow for time delivery.However she type her delivery notes into the delivery section of the ticket,which is only seen by the delivery driver at the time of delivery.We do not take timed delivery at store level or online ordering
she saw that at the timed of ordering.She stated that she call the store to let the store know about her notes and was told at that time that we do not honor time delivery
