Review: In 2009 My Husband and I retained Phillips and Associates to help us with our Bankruptcy. With no warning or contact the sold our case to [redacted]. Then we were turned back over to Phillips. during this time we had a very hard time contacting anyone when we had any questions or needed help. We're now coming to the end of our court agreement and are going to have to hire someone to assure we don't miss anything. After paying $4000.00 to Phillips to have our case to the end we don't feel like we should have to pay to have someone else close our case. we feel that Phillips and Associates should pay to have another Attorney finalize our case. Our contract with Phillips was to be our Attorney until the case was final which will be in July 2015.Desired Settlement: We feel that Phillips and Associates should be responsible for the amount of money it will cost us to retain another Attorney. As they did not complete our case as the contract stated.

& Associates Bankruptcy Law Center, P.C. Please note that we are Phillips Law Group and we do not handle bankruptcy cases and have never handled bankruptcy cases.

Phillips & Associates Bankruptcy Law Center, P.C. was purchased by attorney David

Wroblewski in late 2010 and we believe he renamed the firm to Wroblewski & Associates early 2011.

When the [redacted] mention that their file was tuned back over to "Phillips", I can confirm that not this Phillips Law Group.

However, in this case, we reviewed the complaint and a lawyer from our office called the [redacted] to see if they had any issues with their case or if they had any issues that would require them to hire a lawyer. We provided them with free legal advice from one of our lawyers and also confirmed that they do not have any complaint against a lawyer or law firm at this time as the case is in good standing with no issues. Apparently, their only concern was that they could not reach [redacted] and wondered if there was anything else needed on their case. Our lawyer reviewed the court website, reviewed the facts of their case with them and encouraged them to call us in the future if they ever need free legal advice.

I was injured in June 2014 while riding my bike, breaking my arm in the process. I phoned three separate law firms and selected Phillips Law Group due to their prompt response time and overall reasonable approach.
My attorney was [redacted] and the paralegal was [redacted]. Both conducted themselves in a professional manner, and all phone calls and e-mails were returned within 24 hours over the one-year duration of my suit.
Everything went smoothly; starting with a full medical recovery in four months. Past that, it took a bit of time to get the initial demand letter out; but this was largely due to the hesitancy of one witness to sign a witness statement. Amy developed a well written and succinct demand letter, to which the insurance company responded within a month. Neither side played the usual games of making ridiculous demands; and I must say that I am very pleased with the end result. Most importantly, that I had a 100% recovery. -A nice bit of bling was an added bonus.
In total, I have to commend Phillips Law Group on the professional nature and conduct of the three employees I worked with during the June 2014-June 2015 timeframe. Highly communicative and great end result in a generally timely manner.
