I came to Phillips Heating and Cooling for a second opinion on repairing or replacing my broken air conditioning system after another company recommended replacing. I spoke with a technician over the phone who agreed to come out very quickly. He eventually called and recommended repairing.

The technician was able to repair my air conditioning at a much more reasonable price than other companies, and he did not try to just get me to purchase a new unit like other companies had. He was extremely fast, friendly, and professional. I really couldn't be happier.

This is an amazing company! Our air conditioner stopped working during a heat wave and they got a technician to our home very quickly...all the other companies we contacted had a several day wait. The technician they sent was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He worked in the attic in 100 degree heat for hours and had our ac unit running again the SAME day! He explained everything very well and worked with the owner to locate some hard to get parts that were needed. The best part is that the bill was very reasonable! This will be the only company we call for our ac/heat needs!!!
