August 20, 2014A delivery of coal was made to our customer on 11/09/which was paid on deliveryI received a call about an “emergency” situation on 2/1/At no time prior to this or until I received the letter from the Revdex.com was the quality or weight of the delivery questionedThe Customer stated gasoline and oil had leaked from his own lawn tractor and “contaminated” the coal delivered almost months earlierAt this time we made arrangements to deliver tons of coal ASAP so the customer had heatThe coal was delivered 2/4/along with a bill and monthly statements were mailed the first of every month thereafterTwice over the summer of I spoke with the customer about the past due bill and was assured it would be paid at the end of each monthAfter no response, the account was forwarded to our attorney on 11/14/There was no response to any letters from our attorneyThe account has now been forwarded to a collection agency which has prompted the complaintWe use a state certified scale to weigh all deliveries by a licensed weigh master.Please find attached a copy of the weigh slip and the letter sent from our attorneyThe desired outcome at this point would to be paid for the delivery made 2/4/13, for the original amount of 424.00.Gary SVice President Phillips Fuel Inc
