Phillip's Flowers & Gifts (Florist)

We recieved a delivery from Phillips Lagrange store. (Lagrange Il). His delivery man
parked on my new 3 year old concrete driveway and left a quart of oils stains
on it. The store sent a man out that day and he scrubbed it and said Ill be back
Monday ( 3 days) at first the manager was helpful and saud the man will be there to help
The man showed at least left a message he showed cause thats all he did.
One week late 7-18-14 his insurance company Hortica callled and said an insurance
adjuster would come out and appraise. I purchased brooms. detergants and
cleaners cause I was gett ing concerned. The adjuster cme out and said anything reasonable around 650.00 and told me to get appraisals. The lowest I received
was for 867.19 in the meantime since it was difficult to get somemone to handle this
sent me a draft in settlement for 825.70 based I assume on their appraisers estimate.
The insurance adjuster stated thats all we are paying... get an attorney...??
I contacted Mr Phillips on line. and told him I spent 80.00 plus 42.00 insurance shortage and I would be happy--since 7-18-14 nothing.... This is abusiness mn who delivers to some 50 zip codes???? Good luck to them.... for Phillips I hope he gets a Phillips
