Phillips Enterprise

We are filing a complaint against the following company, Phillips Enterprise, 3851 Freeman Lane, Southaven, MS 38672. The owner's name is [redacted]. Phone numbers we have on file are as follows 662-895-2829 (ph.) and 901-859-1897 (cell). Unfortunately we had a bad experience with this company. The owner was paid to do a simple concrete job that was suppose to take only 3 days. He also stated he had paid for the concrete, in which he had not, and dragged this simple project out for over 3 weeks. We now have to redo everything in order for the job to be done right, which in turn costs more money to complete. To this date he has not given us any receipts to justify the use of the $4500 he was paid. Needless to say we will not use or recommend this company to anyone. Desired SettlementThe desired resolution we would like to see is a refund of $4500. The owner/contractor was in breach of contract to complete and finish this job with the necessary quality materials needed.
