I hired *** to perform work on my bathroom. He gave me a contract with his pricing that he said is all negotiable. I gave him ***$ deposit, and *** for his labor start up. 3 day into the job we had to fire him because of all his sexual comments that made us uncomfortable. Then he made some big mistakes in his measurements that would favor his charges. We decided he could not be fully trusted and let him go. He has my money and is not answering my calls. I am left with my unfinished bathroom and not enough funds. Please advise
