I have been billed for 766.00. However, I have sent in both my insurance information so that the account can be corrected. After both insurance payment I have a balance of 428.00. I have called the office and gave them my correct information however, they keep sending bill for 766.00. I have talked to [redacted] and [redacted] of Florida. Both insurance have paid on my claim. I sent information that should be corrected and I can pay the correct amount. They turned me into the collection agency therefor I have extra charge for fees for collection agency.. At the time of service I had [redacted] and [redacted] Cross [redacted] shield of Florida.Desired SettlementI would like for them to reverse sending my account to collection and correct account so I can pay the correct amount after insurance payments.
