Review: On feburary [redacted] I went to phillip financial tax to do my tax return. Couple of weeks after I realized the wrong information was filed which will make me owe IRS. I brought the error to the [redacted]'s attention, she said that I would be issued a refund and she will amend my taxes to fix the error. It's been three months there office is always closed, they don't answer or return phone calls, either respond to emails.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my refund as [redacted]) stated and the error fixed on my tax returns.
