I have been receiving tobacco ads and most recently one by the Citizens for Tobacco Rights. I am not a smoker, never have been, and called the number provided to be unsubscribed. The automated service is not working properly; I put in the "cr" provided, but then it says it is not recognized. Please fix immediately, take me off all your lists, and if I am listed as a smoker, please get that sorted.
