Review: After I paid my tab, I started to leave the place of business, the bartender chased after me. She demanded that I tip, and even threatened to bar me from coming back. From my understanding, a tip is a voluntary amount left by a patron for an employee. And a mandatory service charge is an amount that a patron is required to pay based on a contractual agreement or a specified required service amount listed on the menu of an establishment.

Fogg's menu does not state a mandatory service charge, not even for large groups; there isn't even a service charge notice posted inside the place of business. I offered to tip [redacted] (*) dollars, but the bartender commented, "that is not good enough for the bill amount ... usually people tip fifteen (15) percent."

Seems like this place of business is trying to enforce a service charge, that is not promulgated (advertised), by calling it a "tip."

The service is not that great, e.g., customer service is mediocre and sometimes less than satisfactory, however, it was a convenient place for my freinds and myself to gather. We will definitely not return to this place of business.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the "tip" I left in duress: $**.
