Philadelphia Washer Repair

Review: Per my request, on Feb. 26, 2013 Company sent dryer repairman to condo at [redacted]. Repairman determined dryer needed replacement part and requested check for $225 for service visit and part. I made payment and check was subsequently cashed, but no further repair service has been performed. I have called repairman multiple times and received no response. I have called Company Customer Service 3 times with no resolution to problem or refund offered.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund for the replacement part and repair work that never occurred. This should be in the amount of $175 equal to the check amount minus the $50 service visit fee.
