Review: Philadelphia Polished Concrete was hired to complete polished concrete backyard for total of $2400 covering approximately 200 square feet of area. Bart, the business owner confirmed that the work will be completed within two weeks depending up on the weather. Deposit check of $250 was paid on 07/01/2014 and additional $1000 was paid on 7/30/2014. The contractor has removed some of the river stones that covered the backyard originally and have extended gutter drain pipe, per contracted work. However, no other work has been completed. The contractor does not return any phone calls and have not communicated. Numerous phone calls and voice messages have been ignored. The contract also includes 10 year warranty. However, no details are shared.Desired Settlement: Complete the contracted work within 2 sunnny days or provide a full refund of $1250.
