Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Company

A driver insured by Philadelphia Indemnity hit my car, and I’ve never been through anything like this before! The adjuster was VERY rude and told me that “They’re not getting me a rental and they’re not getting my car out of impound until they can prove there driver was at fault!” This is the kicker, the driver admitted fault at the accident and there were witnesses there to prove it! I have NEVER been so disrespected and upset in my life! It took them 28 hours to contact me about the claim, and in this time they hadn’t investigated it AT ALL! They didn’t even know the name of the person driving their insured vehicle that hit my car! My car isn’t a month old and this happened! The adjuster taunted me and made remakes, like he didn’t even believe I had my own insurance and that I didn’t have an attorney! I would never recommend this insurance company to ANYONE!
