Review: We found their service, "Garage Door Tune Up," using [redacted]. They came out and told us our garage door required two springs, not one. The service to replace one spring and add the second spring would be $150. Upon return two weeks later, they said it was "more money." We asked him to leave. Then the service representative said he would do the two springs for $150. He then only replaced the old spring and did not add a second. He said he was done. We told him to leave. He put the old spring back on and left.My wife opened the door and it fell apart. She called him on his cell phone to return, and he said, "I'm not coming back."Upon inspecting his work when I came home, I realigned the broken panels. I then noticed the 15 screws were missing from the brackets from the doors.It is our opinion that he took the screws with the intent of hurting us.Desired Settlement: Put the 15 screws back in and never return to our property.
