Review: Waiting for my radio to be repaired for five months now and counting. My husband and I go up to the dealership continuosly and get the run around. They promise to give me a call when the radio is fixed. My husband and I made another attempt to find out about the radio, management at the dealership changed,so we had to explain the whole situation all over again. [redacted] (the person dealing with us now) stated to my husband and I that no one knows where the radio is, so we will get you another one. I told him that it has to be similar to the one that I had. [redacted] informed us that we would receive a call on 4/1/2013, and that the radio would be at that the dealership 4/3/2013. Well, I have yet to receive either one of those calls. This is the second time he has done this to me!!! Not only do I not have the radio that they lost, I still dont have a radio at all.The owner of this establishment ([redacted]) has not even attempted to call me one time to reassure me that the situation would be taken care of. All I recieved from him when I finally got the chance to talk to him in person is,"I didn't know anything about it", shrugged his shoulders and went on to the next potential buyers on his lot.Desired Settlement: All I want is a radio of quality put back in my car!! The one that I had in my nissan maxima was a Kenwood excelon [redacted].The main features are bluetooth, navigation system, cd player, and touchscreen. I want a radio that has these features .This is what I require to have as an satisfactory outcome of this settlement.

Hi [redacted], I have no additional documents for the radio that
was supposed to be repaired. This was a verbal agreement.
They(dealership) didn't give me any formal papers to fill out or sign.
The service manager at the time, ([redacted] just asked me for my name and
telephone number. The new person that I dealt with recently ([redacted])
repeated the same action. The only documents that I have is when my
husband and I purchased the car from this establishment
I've often thought about driving down [redacted] at great speed hurling a common brick out of my car window to see how many of the cars on their lot it hits.
These guys are the reason I bought new [redacted]
They sold me a [redacted] (Fix Or Repair Daily AKA Found On Road Dead) [redacted] that had a rancid cooling system. I had no idea that was even possible until my wife and I broke down on the [redacted] bridge and we spend a 4th of July up in [redacted] trying to figure out what happened.
These guys are [redacted] and you have been amply warned, STAY AWAY if you like your time, money, and pride.
Go anywhere else.
Avoid at all costs.
Review: I bought a car from Philadelphia auto haus on July 2012, the sales agent name was [redacted]. two days later the car started to give me problems so I contacted the dealer and spoke to [redacted] about the problem the car was giving me, she decided to contact her boss and to call me back and she never did,so I went to the dealer and explained again the problem and she told me that the dealer was going to take care of it and never did, and the car continue to give me problems, I contacted the dealer again and [redacted] then told me that the warranty would take care of it,so basically she was giving me excuses, then the car got worse and on march of 2013 I went back to [redacted] for help, and she send me call the warranty company named value guard and that she new of a good mechanic by the name of [redacted]'s automotive center, that he would help me and take care of everything, she lied again. then on march 7 2013 I took the car to [redacted]'s shop and he diagnosed the car with repair to valve body assembly, replaced pan gasket, replaced seals, and transmition fluid, I paid $486.46 and the warranty paid the rest, so I took my car on march 8 2013 thinking the problems were fixed, but on April 4 2013 I was driving my car and it turned off on me, the car got worst, the car doesn't want to shift gears, when putting it on drive or reverse its gives a hard tug,it runs slow, the transmition is burning the fluid, the check engine light is on, the driver side airbag is not working, the horn is not working and before it was, so called the dealer they told me [redacted] don't work there no more telling me its on the warranty now, called the warranty they tell me its on [redacted]'s auto now, its my only car,my wife works, my child goes to school, I have no way of transportation, my car doesn't run anymore, thank you for your help GOD BLESS YOU.Desired Settlement: I would like another car or fix the car or money to buy a car for all the payments I made, plus the down payment.
I bought a Nissan Sentra from this dealership in 2009. Later when I tried to trade it in for a newer car, I found out that Philadelphia AutoHaus hid information from me at the time I bought the car. They gave me an 6 month old CARFAX report which was printed right before structural damage was reported. The trade-in value was very low because of the structural damage. DO NOT trust this dealership!
